Meet Our Team
Joe Kirksey
Store ManagerI started with Cash&Carry Smart Foodservice team in 2000 at our North Salem Store. In 2011 I was promoted to Store Manager at our Coos Bay store. Then later in 2012 I moved back to our North Salem store. In 2015 I opened our store in South Salem. It is my goal to provide excellent customer service to everyone that walks through our door. I look forward to helping you.
Ken Eschliman
Assistant ManagerI started with Cash&Carry Smart Foodservice team in April 2014 at the North Salem Location. In December 2015 I was asked to help open our store here in South Salem. Prior to Smart Foodservice I spent 14 years in management with a grocery store chain and additional 14 years in the foodservice industry.
Alyssa Stamper
Assistant ManagerI started my career with Cash&Carry Smart Foodservice in late 2015 to help open our South Salem store. In August 2016 I was promoted to Perishable Specialist. In April of 2018 I moved into the Assistant Manager position. Before Smart Foodservice I worked in various food industry positions and believe that this experience enables me to assist with all of my customer’s questions and needs. I look forward to building a family environment with my co-workers and customers and help them grow their business.

Perishable SpecialistI started my career with Cash&Carry Smart Foodservice in June of 2017, as a sales associate at our South Salem location. Prior to joining Smart Foodservice, I spent 12 years working for a national retail chain, with most of my years spent in the produce department. I look forward to expanding on current customer relations as well as developing new relationships. I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. I enjoy playing all sorts of games in my free time.
Don Bishop
District ManagerI began my career with Cash&Carry Smart Foodservice in 1994 at the Coos Bay location. In 2000 I was promoted to store manager and have managed stores in Newport, Eugene and Springfield. Currently I am the district manager for Central/Southern Oregon as well as Northern California. I appreciate the special niche that Smart Foodservice has created with our customer base. Our employees know most of our customers by name and have developed wonderful working relationships with them. We look forward to adding new customers to our family.
