Meet Our Team
I started working for Cash&Carry in 1989 and became a store manager in 1993. I started in the grocery industry over 35 years ago and have lived in Tacoma my entire life. I have helped my church organize church camp food programs for summer camps. I also volunteer at the Lemay car museum.
Kevin RoeAssistant Manager
I have worked at Cash&Carry since 2007 as a department head for both Deli and Frozen. Before working here I worked a number of jobs in the restaurant industry and in customer service. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Small Business Management. My goal is to ensure a friendly, comfortable, and fun shopping experience that will keep the customers coming back for more.

I’ve been with Cash&Carry since 2011, a year of that as an Assistant Manager. My prior experience includes 6 years in restaurant management and safety equipment sales. My goal is to ensure that you will come back again not only for the great prices but also the great service.
Shawn LittleAssistant Manager
I started at Cash&Carry in May of 2014. I have over 15 years experience in catering and food service, and customer service is my number one priority. I believe in going the extra mile to make sure the customers' needs are being met when they shop at Cash&Carry.
Shayna CohenPerishable Specialist
I started with the Cash&Carry team in March of 2015 as a Sales Associate at our Olympia, WA. store. In December of 2015 I was promoted to Perishable Specialist. Before working for Cash&Carry I worked in the Retail industry in various positions, for about the last 20 years. I have worked in many positions throughout that time and have learned a lot throughout the years. I like to keep a personal focus on cleanliness and customer service. I feel that these areas are my strong points and I like to bring that to every interaction I have with our customers.
John MeighanDistrict Manager
I joined the Cash&Carry team in 1995 at our store in Gresham, Oregon. I had the pleasure of helping customers as the Store Manager for 10 years in the greater Portland area before moving into the Cash&Carry Corporate office in 2006. In the office I worked in the Perishable Department where I assisted the stores with all of their needs in meat, dairy, produce and frozen foods. As the Director of Perishables I was responsible for guiding our perishable program to best meet the needs of our customers. In 2017 I returned to my operational roots as a District Manager. I am looking forward to using my decades of Cash&Carry experience to help support the stores, so we can provide you the best shopping experience on your next visit.
