Meet Our Team
I began working with Cash&Carry Smart Foodservice in 2012 at our Warrenton Oregon store. Three years later I became the assistant manager of our Aloha Oregon location. A year and a half at Aloha, I had the opportunity to open our Salt Lake City location. Before starting with Smart Foodservice, I managed and owned a restaurant at the Oregon Coast for 5 years, while also working as the night manager at a national sandwich chain. I enjoy staying on top of what my customers need, and making sure they get the excellent service they expect from Smart Foodservice.

I started with Cash&Carry Smart Foodservice in 2000 at the Newport store. I became an Assistant Manager in 2009 at the same store. Getting to know customers by name and talking to them regularly is something I look forward to, it also helps understand them and what their needs are better.
Don BishopDistrict Manager
I began my career with Cash&Carry Smart Foodservice in 1994 at the Coos Bay location. In 2000 I was promoted to store manager and have managed stores in Newport, Eugene and Springfield. Currently I am the district manager for Central/Southern Oregon as well as Northern California. I appreciate the special niche that Smart Foodservice has created with our customer base. Our employees know most of our customers by name and have developed wonderful working relationships with them. We look forward to adding new customers to our family.
