Meet Our Team
I joined the Cash&Carry Smart Foodservice team in 2003 at the North Salem location. I was promoted to Manager in 2015 in North Salem. In 2016 I transferred to Eugene as the Manager. My goal is to have a fully stocked clean store to serve your daily needs and to help your business succeed.
Kim SkaggsAssistant Manager
I joined the Cash&Carry Smart Foodservice team in 2003. I was promoted in 2006 to Assistant Manager. Prior to Smart Foodservice I worked in the Bar/Restaurant industry for 10 years. Customers are my favorite part of the job and I look forward to sharing new items and savings with all of them. Outside of work I enjoy spending time doing outdoor activities and spending time with my family and grandkids.

I joined the Cash&Carry Smart Foodservice team in 2002. I was promoted to Assistant Manager in 2007. Before joining the team I worked in the timber industry. I enjoy assisting our customers with their food service needs.
Jerad MarkhamAssistant Manager - Perishable Specialist
I joined the Cash&Carry Smart Foodservice team in 2008 and in that time I’ve worked in every department with most of my time spent in the perishable department. Prior to working for Smart Foodservice I worked as a merchandiser for a beverage company and I was a Warehouse Manager. My priorities are customer service, teamwork and contributing to anything that I can. I look forward to helping our customers with their daily needs.
Don BishopDISTRICT MANAGER
I began my career with Cash&Carry Smart Foodservice in 1994 at the Coos Bay location. In 2000 I was promoted to store manager and have managed stores in Newport, Eugene and Springfield. Currently I am the district manager for Central/Southern Oregon as well as Northern California. I appreciate the special niche that Smart Foodservice has created with our customer base. Our employees know most of our customers by name and have developed wonderful working relationships with them. We look forward to adding new customers to our family.
