Meet Our Team
Ritchie HailStore Manager
My career at Cash&Carry Smart Foodservice began in 1999 on the freight crew, where I learned the operating procedures for all departments. I was promoted to Assistant Manager in 2007, and accepted the position of Store Manager of the Bend store in 2014. It is my goal to provide excellent customer service, while helping our customers grow their business with the quality products we sell.
Keith ChanAssistant Manager
Having joined the Cash&Carry Smart Foodservice team in our Medford, OR location in 2004 as a night crew associate, I worked every department in the store. In 2007, I was transferred and promoted to an assistant manager in our Bend location. Prior to Smart Foodservice, I worked for 8 years managing two restaurants. It is a joy to work with fellow team associates and a privilege to assist customers for their needs.
Samantha HefnerAssistant Manager
I started with the Bend Cash&Carry Smart Foodservice team in 2015. I was hired as an Associate, and was quickly promoted to an Assistant Manager in August of 2016. I have worked in various Customer Service occupations prior to starting at Smart Foodservice, and it is my goal to help our team provide the best experience possible for our customers.
Don BishopDistrict Manager
I began my career with Cash&Carry Smart Foodservice in 1994 at the Coos Bay location. In 2000 I was promoted to store manager and have managed stores in Newport, Eugene and Springfield. Currently I am the district manager for Central/Southern Oregon as well as Northern California. I appreciate the special niche that Smart Foodservice has created with our customer base. Our employees know most of our customers by name and have developed wonderful working relationships with them. We look forward to adding new customers to our family.
