Click&Carry is an online grocery ordering service from Cash&Carry Smart Foodservice®. Now you can shop online and pick up your order at the store.
Visit www.smartfoodservice.com and get started. Create an account to get started. Create your shopping list and add items from any of our special flyers or by searching for products. Once you reach the $250 minimum* you will be given the option to submit your order. (Minimum order amount varies by store location.)
You will pay for your order at the time of pick up using Cash, Business Check, Cash&Carry Charge Account, Credit or Debit card. At the time of pick up you will check out at the first available register. This allows you to add items to your order right up to the time of check out. If you still want to hand select your fresh meat or produce when you arrive at the store, you still can at that time.
Cash&Carry Smart Foodservice® recognizes that privacy is very important to our customers, and we pledge to protect the security and privacy of any personal information Customers provide to us. This includes Customers' name, addresse, telephone number, email address, credit/debit cards and checking account information, as well as any information that can be linked to an individual. We will not sell, trade or rent your personal information to outside companies or marketing firms.
No. At this time the Click&Carry option is only available on your desktop or laptop computer at www.smartfoodservice.com. We understand your time is very important. We are working on a mobile option.
This feature tracks your most commonly purchased items. You can browse previous shopping lists and add items to your cart for quicker, more convenient shopping.
No. There are no additional fees for using Click&Carry.
When you place your order, you will be given the pickup date and time. Click&Carry is available 7 days a week. Click&Carry pick up hours are 6 am - 5 pm*. An example chart is below, please see specific Hours Chart for order and pick up times at your local store:

You can shop for over 8,000 items across the entire store. Some items are available for special order but require additional lead time.
Our team members understand the ability to pick out just the right cut of fresh meat or produce is something our customers take very seriously. So we give you the choice. You can have our Click&Carry team members hand-select produce, and fresh meat for your order. These items will then be stored appropriately (including refrigeration or freezing) until it's time to load them into your car. Or you can order the rest of your order online and pick out your own perishable items at the time of pick up and add them to your order. The choice is yours.
Perishable items like meat, produce and frozen items will be stored for maximum freshness, including refrigeration for items that require it.
When you arrive at your store, just enter the store and let us know you are here to pick up your order. We will retrieve the order and prepare it for check out. At this time you can shop and pick up the remaining items on your list or proceed straight to check out.
Online prices reflect the price in-store on the day you place your order. Some prices may change between the time you place your order and the time you pick up your order at the store. The exact price of each item will be printed on your receipt. If you have a concern about a specific price, please let us know.
At Cash&Carry Smart Foodservice® our goal is to keep all items in stock, an item you’ve selected may occasionally be out of stock. We understand how important this is to your business. Since we sell mostly ingredients, we also understand how important it is to maintain the quality of the items on your menu, for this reason we do not substitute products. At the time the order is filled, we will send you an email with the fulfillment. You can then make your decision when you pick up the order on any substitutions or replacement items not fulfilled on the original order.
If you forget something, no problem since you pay in the store at the time of pickup you can still add to your order right up to the time you check out.
Once the order is filled you will receive a confirmation email, verifying the order is ready. In this email we will let you know of any items that were not filled.
If you have questions or are not 100% satisfied with your order, call the store and we will either replace the item or refund your money.
If you're unable to pick up your order on the scheduled date, the items in your order will be returned to stock, and you'll need to place your order again on the Click&Carry site. Please contact your store's Click&Carry team if you are unable to make your scheduled date and time.
