What do I need to shop at Smart Foodservice®?
There are no special requirements to shop at Smart Foodservice® Warehouse Stores (formerly Cash&Carry). All of our foodservice locations are open to the public.
Do I need a card to shop?
A card is not required to shop with us. A Smart Foodservice® card is available to help track sales, tax exemptions, and allow customers some additional benefits such as electronic copies of their receipts and average unit costs of items purchased from any of our convenient foodservice locations.
How do I shop?
Shopping is simple. You can shop in-store, through our website via Click&Carry, on instacart, or Shipt. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, cash, or business checks. We do not accept personal checks.
Are there long lines?
We’re open to businesses, 7 days a week to make your shopping experience go as quickly as possible.
Do you have specials?
We can email you our bi-weekly Hot Sheet Specials that highlights our best buys. We always have new items to make your business more profitable. In addition to our published promotions, our employees work with you on a continual basis giving you money-saving ideas.
How do I find the price on an item?
We update our pricing online everyday. For easy pricing you can make a list of favorites Inside our store the prices are clearly displayed on the shelf by the unit and the case. You will not have to search for codes or calculate the cost.
How much do I have to purchase to shop at Smart Foodservice®?
You don’t have to buy huge quantities of one item just to get a special price. You can buy by the case or even in singles. At Smart Foodservice, there are no membership fees to pay. And because you serve yourself, there are no delivery charges or sales commissions.

What types of products are available?
We have a complete selection of products, fresh and smoked meat, produce, dairy, deli, groceries, beverages, culinary supplies, sanitation products, packaging and to-go, frozen food, candy and bakery items. Because we carry the leading foodservice brands, you can select the price and quality you need. We sell most items by the case or the each so you can buy as much as you want or as little as you need.
